Jenneke Noé-Boer is heading the kitchen. Jenneke's passion for food & drinks was sparked at a young age. She has extensive experience in the hospitality industry in the Netherlands and Belgium. Step by step we will add new elements to Eetcafe De Fluessen, so that we continue to surprise you, our guests.
In the kitchen
Our aim is to work with locally grown, produced, fed products. We currently work together with FARMily and De Bûterkamp, but we expect to add more local initiatives and collaborations in the future.
